EVA Asistant
EVA Asistant helps you turn business information into an agent draft. Find it below Overview in the sidebar.
Start with a clear request
Useful starting prompts:
- “Read our website at https://example.com and help me create a Turkish-speaking customer support agent.”
- “Create an agent that collects property viewing requests. Ask me for the information you need.”
- “Help me write a greeting and escalation rules for our hotel reception agent.”
Provide your business name, public website, callers’ language, the task to accomplish, and any rules the agent must follow. Add facts that are missing from the website, such as opening hours or escalation instructions.
Review before publishing
The assistant can read public website content and help create agents. A website may contain outdated or incomplete facts. Check the instructions, promises, prices, and contact details in the resulting draft.
An agent draft needs a published version before it can be used for calls. Choose its speech configuration and run a test conversation after publishing.
Continue a chat
Chats are saved with your workspace so you can return to the discussion. Avoid pasting API keys or other credentials into a chat; use the appropriate configuration flow.
