Call History & analysis
Open Data → Call History to review conversations in your workspace. Select a call to inspect its saved details.
Transcript, recording, and analysis
| Result | What it contains | When it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Transcript | Saved user and assistant turns | As conversation material is finalized |
| Recording | Audio, when enabled for the call’s channel | After audio processing finishes |
| Post-call analysis | Scores, explanations, and transcript evidence | After background evaluation finishes |
These results are processed separately. A completed call may still have a pending recording or analysis. Refresh the details after processing has had time to finish.
API-created EVA conversations currently save conversation material without an audio recording. Dashboard test calls and connected numbers use their channel’s recording behavior.
Post-call evaluation
Analysis reviews goal completion, instruction adherence, conversation quality, emotional appropriateness, and errors such as contradictions or misunderstandings. Scores include explanations and evidence where available.
Human Verification Needed means the automated evaluation needs a person’s review. Use the transcript to verify the conclusion before acting on it.
“Analysis unavailable” is different from a successful evaluation. Check the displayed processing or failure status and provide the conversation ID to the EVA team if it remains unavailable.
Recordings
Recording availability depends on the channel, whether recording was enabled, processing success, and retention. An expired or deleted recording cannot be played. Do not assume that a saved transcript guarantees an audio file exists.
Use the workspace and conversation ID when asking for help; never send an API key.
